How to activate breakdown on estimate items

The breakdown feature lets you split estimate items into categories such as labor, material, machinery, and subcontractor. This gives you more detail when building your estimates and tracking costs.

To use the feature, you first need to activate it at the company level.

Steps

1. Go to Company in the top menu.
2. Click Settings.
3. Open Estimation settings.
4. Scroll down to find Estimate material breakdown.
5. Activate the feature.

Once enabled, you can break down estimate items directly while working on your estimates.
